Anticancer properties of vinegar

Scientific analysis shows that besides 5%~20% acetic acid, vinegar also contains
higher alcohols, 3-hydroxybutyl ester, dihydroxyacetone,
tyrosol, acetaldehyde, formaldehyde, acetal, lactic acid, succinic
acid , malic acid, oxalic acid, niacin, sorbose and other sugars, 18 kinds of amino acids,
multivitamins, and calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals.
Vinegar is known as the "elder of a hundred
medicines". It has the functions of promoting blood circulation, removing
blood stasis, cooling blood and stopping bleeding , help digestion and
absorption, beautify skin, prevent aging, prevent colds, sterilize and
anti-virus, inhibit and kill roundworms, pinworms and other parasites, prevent
liver diseases, enhance kidney function, sober up, anti-cancer and other health
care and disease prevention effects. The acetic acid in vinegar has a strong

of Nutrition at Arizona State University reported that many studies have found

can improve postprandial blood sugar levels. Vinegar may also improve insulin
resistance. Studies have found that eating vinegar-mixed salad regularly, for
example, at least five or six times a week, significantly reduces the risk of
ischemic heart disease.
According to a group of studies on the relationship
between drinking vinegar and lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients
from the Health Management Center of Osaka University
of Foreign Studies in Japan, it was found that hypertensive patients who drank
beverages containing 15~30 ml
of fruit vinegar every day, and after 8 weeks, patients in the experimental
group their blood pressure dropped by about 20 ml Hg. In addition, a study by
Showa University in Japan also found that drinking a small cup of vinegar while
eating, can help diabetic patients suppress the rise
in blood sugar after eating.
A Japanese company has discovered
cancer-fighting substances in vinegar made from steamed and fermented rice.
They tested 6 mice with tumors, and as a result, the tumors of 2 mice disappeared completely, and the life span
of the remaining 4 mice was 4.5 times longer than that of mice with tumors that were not injected with anticancer substances.
The joint research team of Kanazawa Medical
University and Kyoto University in Japan has confirmed through mouse
experiments that black vinegar made of brown rice has anti-cancer effects.
According to the "Nikkei Industry News" report, in the experiment, the
researchers first injected the mice with substances that induce rectal cancer,
and then divided the mice into two groups, allowing one group of mice to drink
normal tap water, and the other group of mice to drink water with black
vinegar. After 35 weeks, the rectum of the mice was checked, and it was found
that 16 of a group of 27 mice that drank tap water had rectal cancer, while
only 7 of the 27 mice that drank water mixed with 0.1% black vinegar in the
other group had cancer rectal cancer.
Scientists from Yamanashi University
in Japan confirmed that vinegar can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells
and promote the apoptosis of abnormal white blood cells in leukemia
patients.
According to "China Environment News", the
old mature vinegar factory in Qingxu County, Shanxi
has a history of more than 300 years. None of the three generations of workers
who died, retired or worked had ever suffered from cancer, even though the area
where the vinegar factory is located is a high-incidence area for lung cancer
and esophageal cancer. According to Liu Yaqing, an 85-year-old retired worker from the factory, he
entered the vinegar workshop at the age of 16 and until he retired, he had
never heard of or seen any workers suffering from cancer. His 67-year-old son Liu
Zhengming is also a retired employee of the factory.
He has worked as a vinegar worker for more than 30 years, and no employee has
been diagnosed with cancer so far. As a result, the factory has become an
"insulated area" for cancer, and even the villagers around the
factory have never heard of anyone who has had cancer.
Northwest Sichuan was also listed by
the Ministry of Health as a high-incidence area for cancer, but the Baoning Vinegar Factory in Langzhong
County in this area escaped this disaster. None of the employees working in the
vinegar factory suffered from cancer, and the factory is a cancer-free area. Baoning Vinegar Factory has never found a single employee
suffering from cancer since its establishment. According to the inference of
experts, this is related to the fact that the workers smell vinegar gas every
day, are often in contact with vinegar, and often take vinegar. It can be seen
that the anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects of vinegar are very obvious.
Why does vinegar have such
powerful health care and anticancer effects? Physicians are gradually revealing

When the tumor

Vinegar can make the tricarboxylic
acid cycle (the central oxidation link of energy production) run more lively

Tumor cells harvest energy in different

Even with plenty of oxygen, tumor cells prefer to burn
lactic acid for energy, leaving more glucose for the oxygen-deprived tumor
cells to use.
If the tumor cells could be prevented
from using lactate and forced to use glucose for energy, the oxygen-starved
tumor cells away from the blood vessels would die from the lack of glucose.
Vinegar can effectively reduce the lactic acid content
around the tumor, forcing tumor cells to use glucose to produce energy,
resulting in the death of cancer cells inside the tumor due to lack of glucose.
